Located outside the quaint town of Van Buren, Missouri and 3 miles from the Current River, this is truly a dream home! Drive through the peaceful, winding roads of Big Spring Park to reach this private retreat in the woods. Nearby are opportunities to fish, hunt, canoe, tube, kayak, hike and more! Make sure to visit one of the largest springs in the U.S Big Spring, only a few miles from the front door. Other areas of interest are: Peck Ranch State Wildlife Management Area ~ 30 minute drive. Irish Wilderness ~ 35 Minute Drive. Eminence ~ 40 Minute Drive The home boasts views of the surrounding woods with two levels for your relaxing/viewing pleasure. It's common to see deer on the secluded 3 acre property! When you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by the cathedral ceilings of the great room with a cozy stone fireplace, open beams and comfortable furniture waiting for you to kick your feet up. Also on this level is a full-sized laundry room and half bath. Downstairs in the lower level, there is another family room that includes a wet bar, with a sink and mini fridge to keep your vacation beverages cold. The downstairs family room includes a pull out queen sleeper sofa, and there is a full bathroom with a tub off the family room.
